Where the Spirit Breaks Through

The spirit doesn’t speak. It appears.
Through fire, through color, through the quiet places in us.
It wasn’t just a dream.
It was the moment when meaning began to take shape.



This painting was inspired by a vivid dream, one that stayed with me long after waking. In the dream, a luminous spirit rose from a fire, unfolding like a tree made of breath and light. It didn’t speak. It simply appeared, through fire, through color, through the still places within.

I often wonder if our inner world is not separate from nature, but deeply woven into it. In Eastern philosophy and in many myths, the spirit is not something distant or external, but something that reveals itself when we are silent enough to notice.

This painting is my attempt to give form to that silent moment. The moment when meaning begins to emerge, not from language, but from feeling, stillness, and light.
